The course is conducted at IWFS Tactical Sports Theme Park in Phuket. All classroom instruction, dry-practice exercises and supervised live-fire activities are conducted under IWFS instructor guidance and established range safety procedures.

This course introduces the safety standards, handgun-operation skills and competition procedures required for entry-level IDPA practical shooting.
1. Firearm Operation
- Review of firearm safety rules

Booking Policy
Course Fee: 8,800 RMB
Booking Deposit: 1,760 RMB
The deposit is required to confirm the appointment. The deposit can be deducted from the final course payment. If the booking is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable.
Booking changes are subject to availability. Please contact IWFS in advance if your schedule changes. The appointment will be held for 15 minutes after the scheduled starting time.
IWFS Safety Requirements
- Participants under 20 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Participants who are under the influence of alcohol, or who consumed a large amount of alcohol the previous day, are not allowed to enter the range.
- Please bring your passport or valid ID.
- All participants must follow IWFS instructor and range safety staff instructions.
- Photography is permitted only when safe and under on-site guidance.
- IWFS may stop any activity immediately if safety requirements are violated.
- Course participation remains subject to instructor assessment.
Next Learning Path
After completing the IDPA Live-Fire Shooting Course, students may continue into selected competitive, multi-firearm or IWFS training pathways according to their goals, qualifications and instructor assessment.
Advanced IDPA Shooting Course
Further development of IDPA rules, stage procedures, movement, use of cover and competition performance.
IPSC Competitive Shooting Course
An introduction to IPSC competition procedures, movement, stage operation and technical shooting control.
Multi-Firearm Practical Shooting
A structured training direction involving selected handgun, PCC, rifle or shotgun platforms.
Defensive Combat Shooting Level 1
A prerequisite-based IWFS pathway focused on safety, awareness, controlled movement and practical application.
Private Customized Shooting Course
Customized training arranged according to student level, objectives, available time and instructor assessment.
Completion of this course does not automatically qualify a student for every advanced pathway. Prerequisites and instructor assessment may apply.
