Safety Requirements

Age Requirement
Participants under 20 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Alcohol & Condition Restriction
Participants who are under the influence of alcohol, or who consumed a large amount of alcohol the previous day, are not allowed to participate.

Photography Rules
Photography is allowed only when it is safe and must follow instructor and range safety guidance.
Safety Violation Policy
Any participant who violates safety requirements may be immediately refused or stopped from participating in any activity.

Booking & Deposit Policy
To secure your shooting experience, advance booking and deposit confirmation are required.
Deposit Required
A deposit of 500 THB per person is required to confirm the booking.
Accompanying children under 12 years old are not counted for deposit calculation.
Deposit Deduction
The deposit can be deducted from the final payment upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If the booking is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable.
Late Arrival & No-Show
Bookings are held for 15 minutes after the scheduled time.
Late arrival without prior notice may be treated as a no-show, and the deposit will not be refunded.

If you need to change your booking date or time, please contact IWFS in advance.
Changes are subject to availability.
Final Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed only after IWFS receives the required deposit and confirms the appointment.
